Grape variety: Primitivo

Vinification: destemming and crushing of the grapes, thermo-controlled alcoholic fermantation with maceration for 5-7 days. Pressing and malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.

Ageing: in stainless-steel tanks for 1-2 months.

Tasting notes: ruby red colour with purple highlights; fresh, fruity bouquet with notes of strawberry, cherry and wild fruits. Elegant and intense on the palate with fruity aftertaste.

Best served with: ideal as an aperitif, with main courses, white meat and soft cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C.

Alcohol level: 12,50%vol.
