Our wines

In a land of plains suspended between the Ionian and the Adriatic, named Salento, the winds arrive undisturbed and run without obstacles, giving the grapes the scents of the sea.

Terroir

The oldest vineyards - about 40/50 years old - are grown as "Apulian alberello" (free standing bush), an ancient technique that leads to very low production of grapes per hectare but of great concentration, in which the vine is free to develop towards the other, without constraints or ties, and where the leaves form a sort of umbrella that protects the fruits from direct contact with the sun.
